Mr Turner promptly prepared the paperwork for my parents citizenship applications. They had some specific problems that made it more complicated and Mr Turner promptly found an exemption that applied to their problem. He was instrumental in lining up and meeting with the necessary people to make their applications for citizenship go as smoothly as possible.
Mr Turner has shown me “Ubuntu”, meaning, in my language, “humanity” and a sense of humor that makes you smile. He does not rush and makes sure everything is done right. He is a man of high principles and ethical standards. In South Africa, Allan Paton once said, “The sun rises, the sun sets, the sun will rise again. Mr. Turner made me believe that the sun will rise again.
